Cheaters have infested Meccha Chameleon as dishonest players scan images and auto paint their models

The extent to which some will try to feign skill, whether it be cheating in games or in other activities, has always baffled me. Why can’t people just be ok with sucking at things? In this case I’m talking about Meccha Chameleon—you know, the casual fun game you’re meant to play with friends.

It turns out that some Meccha Chameleon lobbies have been invaded by people who have so little self esteem that they’ll use a cheating program to scan an image and print it on their character to hide from the seekers.

Here’s proof thanks to thatsjustunreal, who posted a video showing just how desperate some players are to win. Luckily, the cheater was interrupted by two noble bystanders forefeitting their own run so they could follow the cheater around the map, drawing huge red arrows on their body to show the hunters where this scoundrel lay.

Automaton shared another video of a cheater showing people just how easy it is to scan backgrounds and print it on their character, in what they called the “auto-paint” cheat. Unfortunately, there were no good Samaritans to point out the foul play this time.
